Let’s face it. Buying for mom has always been easier than buying for dad (how many ties does one man need?).

Whether your dad is a tech geek or can’t quite figure out how to change the TV from Netflix to cable, there are tons of creative ideas out there for the perfect Father’s Day gift. You could treat him to something luxurious, or you can feed into his nerdy side. Or, if the last thing he needs is more stuff, you can always opt to take him on a trip (or mancation, as some would say) or do a unique activity locally.

If all else fails, you can fall back on a classic jerky tie — just don’t forget the note that says it all: I love you, Dad.
